I am dedicated to helping you find the root cause of your eating habits. My approach is practical and individualized to your life and routine. I will recommend a personalized therapeutic regimen to help ensure success within your goals. If necessary, I may recommend nutraceuticals or super foods to best optimize your outcomes. In person or zoom are available options. 

Free 15-20 minute consultation: This time is spent on helping me get to know you and your current eating habits. After this, I will get a better understanding of where you currently are to help us better get to know where you are going to create a road map to your destination!

Each session is unique in education, understanding, preparation, application and maintenance. I will give you the building blocks needed to rebuild a new foundation for your body in relation to food and exercise. We will unlearn, relearn and maintain a new perspective on health and well being so that eating becomes a joy and not a struggle.
